How to Change Bank Account in Daman Games

    Hello, everyone!

    I noticed many of you have questions about changing bank account details on Daman Games, so I’ve put together this detailed step-by-step guide to make the process easier.

    Steps to Change Bank Details on Daman Games Self-Service Center:

      Log in to the Daman Games self-service center.
      Click the Customer Service icon.
      Select Change Bank Details.
      Fill in the following details:
      Old bank name
      Old beneficiary name
      Old account number
      Old IFSC code
      New bank name
      New beneficiary name
      New account number
      New IFSC code
      Upload the required documents:
      Old passbook you used before.
      New passbook.
      Latest deposit (1).
      Latest deposit (2).
      PDF bank statement.
      Click Confirm to submit your request.

    Once done, you can check the status of your request under the “Progress Query” section. If it shows “Success”, your details have been updated! If it shows “Rejected”, ensure the provided information matches your bank records and resubmit.
